INSTRUCTIONS
For use whenever INSTANT, SAFE, COLD therapy is required!

*READ THE INSTRUCTIONS*

1. Fold the product in half along the dotted line until inner bag ruptures

2. Shake the pouch for at least 15 seconds to dissolve the granules in water

3. Wrap ice pack in a soft cloth

4. Apply to affected area

5. Shake pouch occasionally during use for best results
