Realisation under Vietnam Land Law
2013
 Land Law 2013 does not directly regulate the
foreclosure, but demonstrating it through the
recognition of the rights of subjects

collateral realisation regulated in Article 299
Civil Code 2015, the chargee will have the rights
to change registration even if the certificates
have been granted before, according to the
agreement in the mortgage contract to settle the
