DAILY PAGES
• Presents the main data for all navigation bodies
of interest to the navigator
• These pages cover a three day period.
• The extreme left column of each page contains
dates of the week, and the hours of GMT also
known as UT.
Left-hand pages
• Presents the GHA and declination of
Navigational Planets – Venus, Mars, Jupiter,
Saturn.
• Shows the SHA of each planet and the time of its
meridian passage.
• Also shows a list of 57 selected stars.
Right-hand pages
• Presents the data for the sun and moon.
• Shows moon’s horizontal parallax (HP) and v and
d are tabulated for each hour.
• Shows d for the sun for the three-day period.
• Provide data on sunrise and sunset, moonrise
and moonset and twilights
Increments and corrections
• Provides the increments on GHA of the body for
the minutes and the seconds of the UT
• Presents the actual value of the d and v
corrections.
ADDITIONAL TABLES
• Altitude correction tables
• Stars and planets athmospheric refractions
• Moon observations
• Etc.
