Introduction
Quality means customer needs is to be
satisfied. Failure to maintain an adequate quality
standard can therefore be unsuccessful. But
maintaining an adequate standard of quality
also costs effort. From the first investigation to
find out what the potential customer for a new
product really wants, through the processes of
design, specification, controlled manufacture
and sale.

There are a number of factors on which quality

fitness of garment industry is based such as -
performance, reliability, durability, visual and
perceived quality of the garment. Quality needs
to be defined in terms of a particular framework
of cost. Dolor
Definition of Quality
z

Quality refers to how good

something is compared to
other similar things. In
other words, its degree of
excellence.

In textile and apparel

industry, quality is calculated
in terms of quality and
standard of fibers, yarns,
fabric construction, color
fastness, designs and the
final finished garments.

About Quality Control

QC is a set of activities for ensuring quality

in products. The activities focus on
identifying defects in the actual products
produced. The goal of QC is to identify
defects after a product is developed and
before it's released. Validation/Software
Testing is an example of QC

Quality control helps to ensure that all

garment products meet production
standards and match the original sample.

My Opinion

From the above discussion of the project I can say

that In Bangladesh every garments manufacturer
should give first preference to its valued customers.
Now-a-days buyers are very much quality
conscious. If it becomes possible to maintain a
high Quality system of inspection policy, the buyers
shall be motivated to place more orders in
Bangladesh. So, it is possible to set different
modern quality procedures and quality
management techniques in Bangladesh for the
betterment of its RMG sector.
z
Conclusion

From the above discussion I can say that Quality

Control System in Apparel Industry plays an vital role
and will build up good relationship between Buyer
and manufacturer. Now a days customers prefer to
buy the goods to satisfy their requirements. To build
up good relationship between manufacturer and
customer, quality control system is always helping as
a wonderful bridge between them
