ROLE OF TEACHERS
 Curriculum Planning (Yearly, Monthly and Daily)
 Syllabus completion (Theory and Practical) before the pre-board
exams
 Remedial Teaching
 Taking revision classes
 Communication with parents for issues of immediate concern

ROLE OF PARENTS
 Attend Parent Teacher meetings for regular updates on
your wards’ performance.
 Check the mails & messages regularly.
 Any notice sent from the school to be acknowledged.
Ensure that the acknowledgement slip (duly signed) is sent
with your ward.
 Be present for the meetings called for complying with
CBSE formalities.
 Check the School Calendar on regular basis.

 Ensure that your ward is regular in submitting his/her
Journals/Assignments/Projects on time to the concerned teacher.
 Parents are requested to update their postal address, contact
number or email with the IT department and class teacher
immediately ,in case of any change.
 Parents work with the teachers to achieve a common goal for
betterment of the child

EXAMINATION RULES
1. Permitted Items
 Transparent Pouch/ Pencil Box, Writing Pad.
 Blue/Royal Blue Ink/Ball Point/Gel Pen
2. Students should carry their own stationary for examination. Borrowing
from
any other candidate will be considered as unfair means.
3. Barred Items
 Any communication/ electronic device – such as Mobile Phone, Health
Band, Watch, Calculator
4. Dress Code: Complete and Regular School Uniform (With Identity Card)

CODE OF CONDUCT
 Students must be punctual (School Timing: 7:20am to 1:30pm)
 Students must come in complete, clean and well-ironed School uniform
 Wearing the I-card is mandatory
 Students must refrain from long nails, tattoos , jewellery and using makeup
 Boys to have proper haircut
 Electronic devices are Strictly Not permitted in school

DISCIPLINE
 Disciplinary action will be taken against students who are found breaching the
discipline policy of the school

TRANSPORT
 If students use any private transport apart from school transport, parents will
be solely responsible for the same.
