Yoga – is a mind and body practice. Various styles of yoga
combine physical postures, breathing techniques, and
meditation or relaxation.
■ The beginnings of Yoga were developed by the
Indus-Sarasvati civilization in Northern India over
5,000 years ago.
■ There‘re 6 types of yoga - Hatha yoga, Raja yoga,
Karma yoga, Bhakti yoga, Jnana yoga, Tantra yoga.
■ Yoga is now actively promoted as a sport.
■ 72% of yoga practitioners are women.
■ Practicing yoga can help you feel less stressed!
■ Chakras.

understand all those poses.
