ICT INFRASTRUCTURE - the implementation of e-Government initiatives face some technological difficul
ties such as lack of shared standards and compatible infrastructure among departments and agencies.
SECURITY - protection of information and systems against accindental or intentional disclosure to unaut
horized access or unauthorized modification or destruction.
2 ELEMENTS OF SECURITY :
① Network security - it should maintenance and ex infrastructure protection in the form of firewalls and
limits on those who have access to data.
② Documents security - is that security be visible and forebondimg to determine criminals.
POLICY AND REGULATIONS ISSUE - signing a contract or a digital agreement , which has to be protected
and recognized by a formalized law, which protect and secure these kinds of activities or processes.
CULTURE - cultural norms and individual behaviour patterns play a role in how citizens and policy maker
s use technology and many people resist change and adopt new technologies slowly and with great deli
beration.
