Make Backup Config in BSC Function
1.Log in ZTE EMS, Configuration on toolbar to click NE Management

2.Select BSC or RNC, right click to Start NE Management

3.Finish “Start NE Management”, right click Configuration Management

4.Shown below is Open Configuration Management, click + to show more details

1.Must Define External first,and then Define Adjacent ncells
