Gramin Saving & Credit Cooperative Ltd is a community based

financial institution established to provide small financial
services in rural community. This organization started its journey
from 25 years ago. In this journey of 25 years organization had
got different types of awards and certificates. At the time of
establishment its transactional volume was some thousand only
but its current transactional volume reached up to Five hundred
million and it is giving financial services to more than 7000
people of rural areas

one tap with the help of their cellphone. From these types
of services organization can generate some income from
registration fee of this service. It helps to increase profit
of organization and promotes their product to the market.

 System’s Limitations
1. Lack of connectivity between other banks and
financial institutions
From the research of GSCCL Smart Banking service we found that
there is lack of connections between others banks and institutions
which allows interbank transactions like fund transfer between the
related banks.

2. It has limited transactions

When we operate this app in our mobile, we found that they have
lack of transaction limit in their mobile app which does not
completely fulfill their financial needs. It has only transaction limit
up to 50,000/- (NRS: - Fifty Thousand Only).

 Recommendation

Normally todays system user always loves to upgrade with

time and they want regular updates in their system. So, firstly
we would like to recommend them to update their system
according to the time. They will have to make some changes
on the user's demand, what they want, how they want.
