Saving a Document
When you want to save a document, you can save it using following steps:
 Click on File menu from the Menu bar. A drop down list appears
 Select the Save option from the drop down list, as shown in figure
Closing a Document
When you want to close a existing document, you can close it using following steps
 Click on File menu from the Menu bar. A drop down list appears
 Select the Close option from the drop down list, as shown in figure
Opening an Existing Document
When you want to open a existing document, you can open it using following steps
 Click on File menu from the Menu bar. A drop down list appears
 Select the Open option from the drop down list, as shown in figure

 Place the cursor on the document where you want to paste the copied text

 A spelling dialog box appears .It shows the suggestion of


the
misspelled words .we have to select the first suggested word.
