WHAT IS SPORT?
In general, the definition of sport is related to physical activity. However, it is
necessary to keep in minid that it should not be confused with physical
exercise, since there are games such as chess that does not include physical
exercise but agility and great concentration. The minid is part of the body and
its activity is considered as physical activity but not physical exercise.
TYPES OF SPORT

FOOTBALL: Soccer is a team sport played between two sets of eleven players each
and some referees who are concerned that the rules are correctly fulfilled.


SKATING: Skating is a sport that involves sliding on a regular surface with skates
placed on the feet.


BASKETBALL: It is a team sport, played between two sets of five players each for
four periods or rooms of ten or twelve minutes each.


VOLLEYBALL: is a sport that is played with a ball in which two teams, made up of
six players each, face each other on a separate game area by a central network .
WHAT IS THE SPORT
FOR?
• It serves to maintain healthy muscles, also exercises the heart rate by
helping the blood circulation in conjunction with good oxygende los
