physical distancing and other preventive
measures in the region.
2. Establish and sustain a 24/7 OPCEN at
the barangay to the regional level
following the regional OPCEN protocol.

accordance to testing protocol.
10. Transport Procedure:
a. No person or vehicle shall be allowed to
enter Caraga except with cargo and 1 driver
with no assistants/passengers. Driver cannot
go down the truck.

b. Cargo shall mean to include animals,
vegetables, all other non-living things but not

dead human bodies.

c. Cargo vehicle assistants/passengers may be
off loaded at the checkpoint to wait for the
truck to come back and leave Caraga.
