 Reduce utilities so that bill could be less to pay.
 Consider cheaper housing, cheaper things.
Avoid fancy and expensive materials.

 As afore mentioned once individual gets


information regarding his spending than he
can adjust himself.
 If one cannot frame his expenses he can consult
