 George Bolden is chairman and MD of ALA
International Ltd. and promotes the use of
action learning to solve business problems.
He has clients across the globe and has
performed consultancy works for several
international agencies including WHO. He has
written a number of articles and books
including Industrial Restructuring.
TERENCE BRAKE
 Terence Brake is president of Transnational
Management Associates-USA, a leading
executive development consistency focusing
on managing the human challenges of
globalizations. He travels across the globe
designing, developing and delivering global
business workshops for clients in the
Americas, Asia and Europe. His previous book
include Doing Business Internationally: The
Guide To Cross Cultural Success.
ANDY BRUCE
 Andy Bruce is the founder and chief executive
of Softtools Ltd., a specialist management
consultancy and software company. He has a
generalist business background and has
spent the last 10 years helping a variety of
organizations to redefine strategic directions
and implement change programs. His

DR. JOHN EATON
 Dr. John Eaton (Ph.D) is a sincere partner with

 Robert Holden is the founder of the Coaching

Project. A broadcaster, psychologist and
inspirational speaker, he coaches a variety of

BBC1’s “QED” documentary programme.

ROY JOHNSON
 Roy Johnson (MBA) is the founder and senior
partner of Coaching Solutions. He also works
as a trainer through PACE, his own award
winning company helping managers to
improve performance and manage change.
He has worked closely with John Eaton on
several projects from books and articles to an
online coaching skill training service.
KEN LANGDON
 Ken Langdon has a background in sales and
marketing in the computer industry and has
lectured on strategic thinking and planning to
audiences in Europe, Australasia and USA. He
was a pioneer in the use of project
management techniques in IT industry and
now helps companies large and small to
review strategies at boardroom and team
level.
CHRISTINA OSBORNE
 Christina Osborne is Chief Executive of
Business Solutions, a strategic human resource
consultancy and advises clients on how to
design organisations and develop people to
succeed. She has lectured in business schools
and held a range of executive and non-
executive board roles in the public and private
sectors. She is a follower of the Institute of
Directors and the chartered Institute of
Personnel and Development.
BEN RENSHAW
 Ben Renshaw is the success coach, seminar
leader and inspirational speaker who has won
international acclaim for his innovative work
