    yamanelli kaaNenendhu hELa bEdaa
    yamanE sri raamaa sandheha bEdaa

    Meaning: Please do not say “Where is Yama”, for there


    is no doubt he is none other than lord Rama himself
    nambidha vibeeshanage raamanaatha
    nambadhitha raavaNage yamanaadha

    Meaning: To the devotional Vibhiseehana, you bestowed


    your blessings upon him as Lord Rama, and to the wicked
    Raavana you came to him as Yama, to kill him.
    yamanelli kaaNenendhu hELa bEdaa
    yamanE sri raamaa sandheha bEdaa

    Meaning: Please do not say “Where is Yama”, for there


    is no doubt he is none other than lord Rama himself
    nambidha arjunagE mithranaatha
    nambadhitha dhuryOdhanagE sathruvaadha

    Meaning: To the faithful Arjuna, Krishna was his friend


    guide and mentor, but to wicked Dhuryodhana, he came
    as Lord Yama in the form of his death when killed by
    yamanelli kaaNenendhu hELa bEdaa
    yamanE sri raamaa sandheha bEdaa

    Meaning: Please do not say “Where is Yama”, for there


    is no doubt he is none other than lord Rama himself
    nambidha prahlaadhanigE hariyaadha
    nambadhitha hiraNyakE huliyaadha

    Meaning: To the ever devotional Prahlada, you came as


    Hari to save him, but to the cruel Hiranyakasyapu, you
    took the form of Narasimha and killed him
    yamanelli kaaNenendhu hELa bEdaa
    yamanE sri raamaa sandheha bEdaa

    Meaning: Please do not say “Where is Yama”, for there


    is no doubt he is none other than lord Rama himself
    nambidha ukrasenakE brudhyanaadha
    nambadhitha kamsanikE sathruvaadha

    Meaning: To the kind Ugrasena who was your devotee, you


    freed him from his troubles, by coming in the form of lord
    Krishna and killing the cruel Kamsa who had no belief in
    you.
    nambik koLLi bEga sri krishNa dhEvana
    kambu chakradhaari sri purandhara vittala
    Purandara Vittala…Vittala Vittala... Vittala...

    Meaning: Oh my dear Lord Krishna, I am calling you with full belief as


    your devotee, please come quickly with the conchshell and chakra in your
    hands as Lord Purandara Vittala, and free me from this material world
