HOW I CAN APPLY MY SKILLS TO
MY OWN TEAM .
• I am the producer
I have most of the skills required to meet the expectations of a good producer and am
definitely learning on the job!
I am quite organized with what needs to be done and I know how to communicate with my
team. I work well in a group and can work just as well independently. I feel like I need to work
on my knowledge about the industry and how to come up with finances. (I’m aware that we
don’t have to have a big budget but it helps!)
I do like producing but it doesn’t come without its challenges. I feel that I can produce bigger
scale projects in the future and would love to get to know the industry better.
