Bible Prophecy : Drying up of Euphrates River
QUOTE : “... 12 And the sixth angel poured out his vial upon the great
river Euphrates; and the water thereof was dried up, that the way of
the kings of the east might be prepared.
13 And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of
the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth
of the false prophet.
14 For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth
unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to
the battle of that great day of God Almighty.....”. UNQUOTE.

Russia To Upgrade it’s Army over Next Ten Years
25th February,2011 RUSSIA RT QUOTE : “.... Russia has revealed details of its
ambitious plan to upgrade its army over the next ten years, planning to spend
US$650 billion on the project.
The unveiled large-scale plans of the Russian defense ministry propose the
spending of vast sums of money up to 2020.
First and foremost, Russian defense will focus on the development of strategic
nuclear weapons, construction of over 100 military vessels for Russian Navy,
including construction of four originally French-made Mistral-class amphibious
assault ships, and the introduction into the Air Force of over 1,000 helicopters
and 600 military planes, including fifth generation PAK-FA fighter.
For the first time ever, Russia is planning to buy military equipment from NATO-
member countries – two Mistral helicopter carriers will be bought in France
(with two more licensed to be built in Russia), as well as samples of armored
vehicles from Italy and elements of personal combat systems also from
France......”.UNQUOTE.

military to be a source of innovation, and upgrading military forces is what all
the spending is based upon.UNQUOTE.

China To Spend $91.5 Billion on Arms
QUOTE : “....On 4 March 2011, it was reported China would spend
$91.5 billion on the People Liberation Army, navy and air forces next
year, marking a return to double-digit spending. In the previous year
the defense budget rose 7.5 percent. The rise accounted for just 6
percent of China's national budget. The United States’ in February 2011
request was $553 billion for the 2012 “base” budget, up 4.2 percent from
2011, plus an additional $118 billion to fund military operations in Iraq
and Afghanistan, for a total of $671 billion. The Chinese military
budget, at official exchange rates, is one-seventh that of the United
States. But on a more appropriate purchasing power parity (PPP)
basis, the Chinese military expenditure is over $400,000,000,000,
nearlyl two thirds that of the United States......”.UNQUOTE.

China Defense Spending Increases 12.9% Annually
GLOBAL SECURITY.ORG QUOTE : “.... On Thursday 04 March 2010 Beijing
published China's 2010 defense budget. It totalled 532.115 billion yuan (about
$77.9 billion at current exchange rates) or 7.5% more than last year. Chinese
defense spending had increased by an average of 12.9% annually since 1989
when Beijing launched an ambitious army modernization program, and this
was only the second year over that period in which annual growth was less
than 10%.
In Military and Security Developments Involving the People’s Republic of
China 2010 the US Defense Department estimated that actual Chinese
military spending was double this about, over $150 billion on an official
exchange rate (OER) basis. Purchasing power parity (PPP) exchange rates are
the value of goods and services produced in another country valued at prices
prevailing in the United States. This is the measure most economists prefer
when comparing use of resources across countries. .....”.UNQUOTE.

NOW ABLE TO SINK ALL AMERICAN AIRCRAFT CARRIERS?
Russianmilitary actions are becoming steadily more aggressive. The first link below (from
MSNBC) reports that Russian bombers were intercepted by US jets just off Alaskan
borders and that other Russian bombers have flown over US carriers and the important US
military base at Guam. This link notes the Russian military is coming out of hibernation as
“the Russian navy has finished construction of moth-balled submarines and restarted
large-scale naval exercises.” Russia’s military will continue to grow as it is fueled by
immense energy profits......

End Time Worldwide Deception
This year, the region’s security forces have been aiming their weapons
mostly at their own citizens, but during 2010 countries like Saudi
Arabia, United Arab Emirates (UAE) as well as Morocco and Algeria,
were at least as focused on external threats, SIPRI said in a report
released Monday. The price of oil rose about 14% last year to $90 a
barrel, helping governments to pay for the purchases .....”. UNQUOTE .

Protests in the Middle East and North Africa
QUOTE : “ ..... Countries in the Middle East and north Africa have been rocked by
protests against political repression and economic hardship which resulted in the
ousting of long-serving rulers in Tunisia and Egypt.
"It has been agreed to postpone holding the Arab summit for a maximum period until
May 15 in order to understand the situations which are taking place now in some
countries," said Ali al-Moussawi, Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki's media adviser.
"The postponement has nothing to do with Iraq, which is ready to hold this summit."
The Arab League summit is viewed as important for Iraq's reintegration into the Arab
world eight years after the U.S.-led invasion that toppled dictator Saddam Hussein.
A successful summit would help Iraq to reassure its neighbours, mainly Sunni Arab-
dominated governments, who view the rise of Iraq's Shi'ite majority with suspicion and
fear the growing influence of Shi'ite-dominated Iran.
It would also be a test of the readiness of its army and police as U.S. troops fully
withdraw by the end of the year. (Reporting by Waleed Ibrahim; writing by Jim Loney

The Middle East
NEW YORK TIMES 28th February,2011 QUOTE :- “.... Until January 2011 Tunisia was
known mostly as the most European country of North Africa, with a relatively large
middle class, liberal social norms, broad gender equality and welcoming
Mediterranean beaches. But now it has taken center stage as the launching pad of a
wave of revolt that has swept through the Arab world and beyond.
For all its modern traits, Tunisia had one of the most repressive governments in a
region full of police states, and levels of corruption among its elite that became
intolerable once the economic malaise that has gripped southern Europe spread to
the country.
In what became known as the Jasmine Revolution, a sudden and explosive wave of
street protests ousted the authoritarian president, Zine el-Abidine Ben Ali, who had
ruled with an iron hand for 23 years. On January 14, Mr. Ben Ali left the country,
after trying unsuccessfully to placate the demonstrators with promises of elections.
According to government figures issued later, 78 protesters died and 94 were injured
during the demonstrations......”. UNQUOTE.

Clinton, in Egypt, Embraces a Revolt She Once Discouraged
16th March,2011 QUOTE : “.... CAIRO — The motorcade — armored, but not overly conspicuous
in the snarled traffic — stopped at the edge of Tahrir Square on Wednesday morning, and Secretary of
State Hillary Rodham Clinton emerged for a stroll through the symbolic heart of an uprising that
toppled an autocratic government the United States had long supported.
“To see where this revolution happened, and all that it has meant to the world, is extraordinary for
me,” Mrs. Clinton said in a scrum of security guards, journalists and curious, courteous passers-by
who ambled with her for 10 minutes through the square, which was cleared of the last protesters a
week ago by the army.
Mrs. Clinton’s walk — symbolic and scripted, though not announced — reflected the fine diplomatic
line that the Obama administration has had to walk as the democratic aspirations that have upturned
the Arab world have given way here to wariness, in Bahrain to foreign intervention and in Libya to a
merciless military suppression.
Mrs. Clinton is the highest-ranking American official to visit Egypt since the wave of popular revolt
began in Tunisia in January. That wave has eroded the pillars of American diplomacy in the region,
which Mrs. Clinton, as the top American diplomat, must now try to rebuild.....”. UNQUOTE .

German Naval vessels fail to enforce 2006 UN –
Brokered Cease-fire
QUOTE : “.... This is not the first time Germany has been lax on enforcing sanctions
against Iran's merchants of death. In October 2009, the Hansa India—sailing under a
German flag and owned by the Hamburg-based Leonhardt & Blumberg Company—
was stopped in the Red Sea by the U.S. Navy for unlawfully transporting ammunition
to Syria and Hezbollah. The next month, the Francop, a German-owned vessel,
was seized by Israel’s navy because it was carrying weapons destined for Syria and
Hezbollah.
German naval carriers were supposedly enforcing the 2006 U.N.-brokered cease-fire
between Hezbollah and Israel after the second war in Lebanon. But while German
chancellor Angela Merkel’s administration pledged to deploy its navy as part of the
United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon to prevent the rearming of Hezbollah along
the Lebanese coast, Hezbollah has ably stockpiled between 40,000 and 50,000 new
rockets on Israel's northern border since the war ended....”.UNQUOTE.

When Shall These Things Be ?
Quote : “...... QUOTE: “.... 1And Jesus went out, and departed from the temple: and his
disciples came to him for to shew him the buildings of the temple.
2And Jesus said unto them, See ye not all these things? verily I say unto you, There shall
not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.
3And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying,
Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the
end of the world?
4And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.
5For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.
6And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these
things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.
7For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be
famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.
8All these are the beginning of sorrows..........”. UNQUOTE.
