Personal opinion

I’ve chosen this book because I really like horror

novels and this is the first Stephen King book I’ve
read that really amazed me. It takes on an important
theme, how a person can face the death of a family
member. The rhythm is fast, the plot is scary and full
of unexpected plot twists.
Narrator
There is an omniscient third person narrator

Setting
Small town of Ludlow, Maine, in the 80s

Theme
How a person can face the death of a family member

Language and style

Medium and informal lexis and a rhythm which is slow at beginning but
that increase his speed regularly. There are a lot of figure of speech, above
all simile and metaphor.
