Release 12.2.2
Multi Location Vacancy Oracle iRecruitment now enables enterprises to create a vacancy in multiple locations, instead of creating multiple
vacancies for each location.
Enable Contingent Workers to Use With this release, contingent workers (CWKs) can search and apply for jobs using iRecruitment. They can track
iRecruitment their job applications, interview schedules, communicate with recruiters, and receive job offers online.
Contingent workers can search for internal, external, or both internal and external jobs depending on how an
enterprise configures iRecruitment for contingent workers. When you hire a contingent worker, the contingent
worker's hire date must be a date after the current placement end date or after the offer acceptance date,
whichever date is later. You cannot hire a contingent worker until the current period of placement ends.
View Application Details of Hired Hiring managers and recruiters can view application details of hired applicants.
Applicants
Initiate Self Service HR Applicant To hire iRecruitment applicants, hiring managers or recruiters can initiate the hiring process from iRecruitment .
Hire Process from Offers This feature enables hiring managers and recruiters to use iRecruitment to complete the entire hiring process
instead of navigating to Oracle HRMS or Oracle SSHR to hire iRecruitment applicants.

Enterprises can use the approval process to route deployment and initiate return proposals. Approvers can

interface for People search. HR administrators and line managers can search for desired people using various
combinations of search criteria. The Quick Search, Guided Navigation, Tags, and Geospatial search filters and
Oracle Human Resources Extensions returns desired people. For further analysis, they can compare people and view results in the graphical format.
