Situation Analysis
The devastation of covid-19 has affected on the overall business sector.
Moreover, the GDP of the country has dropped 8.5%. Nearly 68% of the
small businesses has been shut down. This also troubled the business
of Rafiq, a small food Cart owner, who was selling a variety of fast food
items at Nilkhet. Since April 2020, Rafiq was failing to generate profit
from the business. As a result, he closed down his by business by the
end of May 2020.

PROBLEM IDENTIFICATION:

• Anda House was struck by the wrath


of Covid-19. Step 1
• Was failing to generate profit from the Title

• The authorities were not allowing him Step 5 Step 2
to run the food cart amidst lockdown. Title Title

• Infection spreading.
• His old selling point near his home at Step 4 Step 3

Since we are here to crack this situation out,we thereby
would like to present you some of our valuable points
regarding this :
 Since the wrarth of covid-19 has recently been downgrading, people
are now free from the lockdown situation that govt. was compelled
to do.
 That effects on the street business wholly and like many other,Rafiq
of all,our case head,wants to take that chance and make his fortune
again.
 Dealing with the existing competition is the big picture here as he
was out of the the competition for a while.
 Moreover people are still afraid of unhygiene which he also have to
give a firm look if he wants to hop in the business again.
HOW CAN RAFIQ GET IN THE
LINE OF STREET FOOD BUSINESS
AGAIN?

^As we are thinking of going with the previous idea,to ope up with the budget and and to get a head start, we
would like to first and foremostly hire a food cart which will cost us approximately 300/- per
day(300*30=9000/- per month) exluding 1000/-(month) for placement charge.
** Due to covid-19,there has been a concern regarding sanitization.So thinking of that concern,we are
presenting you with a safe and sound idea of serving food to the customers! What’s that? Very simple-
Foil paper which will allow us to keep the food warm and as well as dust free and most importantly less
spreading of the
infection! According to our study,it’ll cost almost 2/- for per piece of food item to be wrapped up.
** We are also thoughtful about the social gathering and in order to stop that we want to come with the
Costings 
“ONE AT A TIME” policy. For eating,we will add 6-7 chairs in max.(7*30/-=210/-) 1.Egg burger-38/-
** We have decided to remake the food as per our business motto which is “Street but Heatlthy”. The items are

1. Egg burger (Egg as an initial item ,bun , letus , fried small pieces of chicken, mayonnaise, and sauce)
2. Egg samucha (Instead of only using the normal spices inside,we will be adding eggs also,which will change the tasete of it completely and also is RARE to find 4.Dim er bora-6/-
nowadays)
3.Egg Singara (Instead of only using potato inside,we will be mixing eggs also,which will change the tasete of it completely and also is RARE to find nowadays) 5.Egg sandwich-20/-
4.DIM er Bora (Recreate the DIM CHOP with1/4 th of a boiled egg marinaded with essentials and customized chutney or tok to taste unique)
5.Egg Sandwich (1/2 slices of eggs with cut cucumber and letus with mayonnaise to make it look delightful )
6.Chicken egg chowmoin-
6.Chicken EGG Chowmin (noodles mixed with cabbage,carrot,scallion,soya sauce,oyster sauce,onion and fair mixture of eggs) 00 /-

Alternative Evaluation

Cloud kitchen is a perfect way to run a restaurant business in this pandemic. It is the safest option for people because they don’t
have to go outside to taste the food as they can have it at home . We will ensure the street food taste but healthy and hygiene is
our main priority . In our process, people can enjoy the street food taste while sitting at home.
