^As we are thinking of going with the previous idea,to ope up with the budget and and to get a head start, we
would like to first and foremostly hire a food cart which will cost us approximately 300/- per
day(300*30=9000/- per month) exluding 1000/-(month) for placement charge.
** Due to covid-19,there has been a concern regarding sanitization.So thinking of that concern,we are
presenting you with a safe and sound idea of serving food to the customers! What’s that? Very simple-
Foil paper which will allow us to keep the food warm and as well as dust free and most importantly less
spreading of the
infection! According to our study,it’ll cost almost 2/- for per piece of food item to be wrapped up.
** We are also thoughtful about the social gathering and in order to stop that we want to come with the
Costings
“ONE AT A TIME” policy. For eating,we will add 6-7 chairs in max.(7*30/-=210/-) 1.Egg burger-38/-
** We have decided to remake the food as per our business motto which is “Street but Heatlthy”. The items are

Cloud kitchen is a perfect way to run a restaurant business in this pandemic. It is the safest option for people because they don’t
