• The following points have to be remembered while drafting a notice .
o The content should include
 Target group to whom it is addressed.
 What is it about.
 Details of the events like date, time, venue, duration and other details.

o The language used must be formal and lucid and in third person.

o Content should be presented in present continuous or future tense (in the passive form).

o The Content should adhere to the word limit given in the question.

o Substantial difference to be maintained between the date of issuing and the date of
the event.
