Requirements from Company

▶ Ensure full cooperation of management


▶ Assign staff to participate in assessment and training activities
conducted by the expert (6~8 persons)
▶ Provide all required data (consumption of water, energy, chemicals;
production; financial etc.)
▶ Provide access to the production site of the factory for expert
▶ Willing and active to implement findings
▶ Ensure that the assigned company team completes the tasks assigned
by the expert
▶ Provide a Training room with Multimedia Projector, White Board, Flip
Charts and Pin Board
