Brownies

ingredients
• 125g unsalted butter, chopped - $0.75 ct
• 125g baking Dark Chocolate, chopped - $2.0 eur
• 3 eggs, lightly whisked - $0.48 ct
• 335g (1 1/2 cups) white sugar - $0.40 ct
• 115g (3/4 cup) plain flour - $0.10 ct
• 30g (1/4 cup) cocoa powder - $0.19 ct
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract - $0.06 ct
• Pinch of salt - $0.03 ct
• You can eat it with vanilla ice cream like I did!
• Pan, large bowl, small bowl, utensils, plate.

Portion Size
This dessert can be served for 6 people.
How to make brownies:

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180C/160C
fan forced. Grease 20cm (base
measurement) square cake pan
and line with baking paper.
Step 2
Place butter and chocolate in microwave
for 30 seconds, than take it out, stir
and put it back in the microwave for
another 30 seconds. Mix in egg, sugar,
flour, cocoa powder, vanilla and salt
until just combined. Pour into
prepared pan. Bake for 30 minutes or
until a skewer inserted in the centre
comes out with moist crumbs clinging.
Set aside to cool completely.
