INTRODUCTION
 YAHA XCS 550 is an alternative fuel vehicle that uses “Oxyhydrogen or HHO Gas”
as its on-board fuel for motive power. Combustion of hydrogen with air is receiving
increasing attention in the future energy scenario.
 The mechanism through which this vehicle runs is by converting the chemical
energy of hydrogen to mechanical energy either by burning hydrogen in an internal
combustion engine (spark ignition engine).
 There is a water-fuel generator that will convert the water into an extremely
powerful, clean burning gas.
 A Hydrogen generator, like this one, uses electricity from your motorbike battery to
split water into hydrogen and oxygen gasses. Together, these make a fuel that is
much more powerful than gasoline, and the only emission released is “water vapour”
 It does this by using some current from the motorbike battery and alternator to
fracture water into a mixture of hydrogen and oxygen gasses called HHO
oxyhydrogen gas which is then added to the air which is being drawn into the
engine.
 The original XCS 550 is powered by a 550cc, oxyhydrogen-powered, four-stroke,
single-cylinder engine whose tested speed is 186mph.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
 Electrolysis of water is the decomposition of water into
oxygen and hydrogen gas due to an electric current being
passed through the water.
 Reaction: 2 H2O(l) → 2 H2(g) + O2(g)
SCOPE
HYDROGEN IS THE KEY TO A CLEAN ENERGY
FUTURE:

 It has the highest energy content per unit of weight of any

known fuel.
 When burned in an engine, hydrogen produces effectively
zero emissions; when powering a fuel cell, its only waste is
water.
 Hydrogen can be produced from abundant domestic resources
including natural gas, coal, biomass, and even water.
 Combined with other technologies such as carbon capture and
storage, renewable energy and fusion energy, fuel cells could
make an emissions-free energy future possible.
HYDROGEN GENARATOR INSTALLATION TO THE
BIKE :

 The HHO gas which comes from the bubbler is get connected
to the Air intake valve or carburettor of the vehicle.

 Such that the Gas get ignited inside the combustion chamber
of the Engine and then the vehicle runs.

 The exhaust pollutant will be the water vapour.

DESIGN OF THE FUEL INJECTION SYSTEM OF XCS 550
ANALYSIS OF INTERNAL ENVIRONMENT

SWOT ANALYSIS
STRENGTH

 More efficient than normal petrol engine

 Less emission rate
 Wide range of flammability
 Low ignition energy
 High flame speed
 Hydrogen is 30-50% more efficient than gasoline
WEAKNESS

 Additional catalyst is needed

 Current is needed for the working of electrolysis
process.
OPPORTUNITIES

 As this product is very unique so it will definitely

have the 1st mover advantage in the international
market.
 Hydrogen has a great future in fuel sector.
 There is no competition currently so establishment
of this product will not be that hard.
 Monopolistic market.
 Hike in fossil fuels prices and scarcity gives this
product great future.
 Decrease of dependence on fossil fuels imports.
THREATS

 Petrol and electric motorbikes have really dense

market. So gaining buyers trust would be really
difficult in the starting.
ANALYSIS OF EXTERNAL ENVIRONMENT

PESTLE ANALYSIS
EXTERNAL ENVIRONMENT

 External environment refers to the various external factors

and surroundings in which the business exist in.
 There are various factors that make up the external
environment and the fall into two major categories
 Macro
 Micro
Macro & Micro Environment
 Macro Business Environment:
 Macro business environment refers to all the
factors of surrounding on which the business
has no control. The success of business
depends upon its ability to adapt. There are
six macro factors
 Economic Environment
 Sociocultural Environment
 Political Environment
 Legal Environment
 Technical Environment
 Environmental Consideration
Macro & Micro Environment
 Micro environment refers to the factors that
directly affect the working of business and are in
control of business.
There are five of these factors:
 Supplier
 Customer
 Marketing Intermediaries
 Financiers
 Public Perceptions
EXTERNAL ENVIRONMENT ANALYSIS

 In order to consider Germany as a target market for our

product we need to scan the environment and conduct
analysis.
The type of analytical tool we will use is
 PESTLE Analysis
The PESTLE analysis consist of various factors
 POLITICAL FACTOR
 ECONOMIC FACTOR
 SOCIAL FACTOR
 LEGAL FACTOR
 ENVIRONMENTAL FACTOR
Political Factors

 In Germany there is a taxation of 15 % levied on

Motorbikes.
 While on the other hand there are many road
benefits on sustainable means of transport in
Germany.
 There are several reductions in toll and road taxes
paid to the government.
Economic Factors
 Germany is a well functioning and economically
sound and stable country.
 The Per Capita of Germany is 46,500 USD in 2019
as compared to 65,000 USD per capita of United
states.
 The minimum wage per hour in Germany is 11
USD per hour.
Social Factors
 Germany is a country that has given various
famous motor vehicles brands like BMW Motors in
Cars & BMW Motors in bikes.
 Germany being a socially open and fanatic
company for motor bikes it will be easier for
people to adapt to the new bike and its use.
Technological Factors

 Germany has its rich history in in Two wheeler

department and a wide and rich technological
background.
 The various aspects associated with bikes like after
sales etc can be easily done in Germany.
Legal Factors
 The minimum age to obtain a driving license in
Germany is starting from 16 Years of age unlike 18
years in most of the countries for geared
Motorcycles.
 With safe and high safety standards of Germany the
acceptability for motorcycles is wider and
considered safe.
Environmental factors
 As we know there is scarcity of Fuel in Germany
there is high rates of Fuel in Germany that is 1.47
USD as compared to the statistics
 Out of 164 listed countries 93 of them have petrol
prices below 1 USD.
 Water is not scarce in Germany that is a very
important point for us.
 Europe has a culture of going out for bike rides in
the pleasant summers.
MODE OF ENTRY IN
INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS

Exporting:
 Sale of products and services in foreign
countries that are sourced from the home
country.
 Export from Mundra Port (Gujrat) to Hamburg
Port (Hamburg,GERMANY).
WHY EXPORTING?

 Avoids the expense of establishing operations in

the new country.
 Cost of exporting is lower.
 Expand our business, leaving us less dependent on
any individual.
 As our product is totally new, environment
friendly and fulfil Sustainable Development Goals,
it can attract people.
EXPORT PROCEDURE

 Opening Bank Account and obtaining Permanent

Account Number
 Obtaining Importer-Exporter Code (IEC) Number.
