Dress Code
- At BEI we expect that all of our employees come to work with
a correct and fully ironed uniform.
- Long or short-sleeved, white cotton button up top.
- Ties are to be worn no shorter than 10 inches, tied in a windsor
knot.
- Appropriate workplace face masks worn above the nose.
- Solid navy blue fleece, sweater or blazer is expected to be
worn with the company’s crest.
- Khaki shorts or long pants are to be worn in the warmer
seasons and long navy blue dress pants in the winter time.
Belts must be dark brown or black. Hemlines of pants are
- Employees who identify as female must wear navy blue skirts that are
no shorter than an inch above the knee.
Knee-length solid navy blue socks are to be worn. White, multicolored,
ankle or no show socks are not permitted.
Black leather or brown leather polished dress shoes are permitted. Any
other shoes are prohibited unless a legitimate reason i.e doctor’s note is
provided. (slippers for sprained or broken ankles, casts)
Any headbands, hair ties, clips or pins must be white, black, navy blue,
green or gold
All jewellery must not be visible. (does not include watches)
All clothing must be in good condition. This means no holes, rips or
tears in any piece of clothing including shoes and hair accessories.

- Our company expects a calm environment, this means no loud voices
in the workplace.
- No sleeping
- Fighting/arguing is prohibited in the workplace. If you are having a
disagreement with another member of staff we advise you to take
your issue to two Vice Presidents or the CEO if needed.
- Fighting will result in immediate suspension.
- All incidents and mediations will be documented. If it is seen that a
particular employee is having too many incidents, the company will
have to reevaluate your position with us.
- Employees must work within their own department and complete
all work.
- There should be no congregating within departments.
- Each department should be kept neat and tidy.
- Snacking during work hours is prohibited unless authorized by
your Vice President.
Using appropriate email and telephone
communication in the workplace
- Any device or computer, but not limited to desk phones, smartphones,
tablets, laptops, desktop computers, and iPads that the company provides
for use; they should only be used for company business.
- The privacy of mentors, visitors, and faculty are important soon to protect
them; employees are prohibited from using their cellular devices as a
means to photograph and/or record an individual[s] in any form [audio
and/or video] without that individual's knowledge and consent.
- Using mobile devices for personal use, such as texting or personal social
media, is prohibited.
- If an employee wishes to use their mobile device for work related purposes
then permission must be granted from the vice president of their
department.
- Email is used solely for Company business. This means that our CEO and
IT department will have all access to the information on devices provided
by our company.
- Viewing, sending or discussing pornography, pornographic jokes, stories or
messages will absolutely not be tolerated. This is considered a form of
sexual harassment and will result in immediate termination from the
Bermuda Exotic Infusions company.
- The company owns all rights to any communication sent via email, stored
or uploaded on company devices. Please do not surmise that your
electronic communication and data saved or created on company devices to
