 It will set standards on how and when development programs will take

 It will increase the consistency of how a certain development program is


handled

 It will give a structure to determine whom you need to reach and how

 It will provide the employee/ audience necessary information about the


development program

thinks, feels and/or behaves in relation to
developmental programs

into operation; it is considered as the “nut and bolts”
of the development communication plan

program, evaluation means determining the value,
significance, or worth of the development program
through careful appraisal and study
