Causal Construction

What is Causal Construction?
The causal construction is a linguistic expression which denotes a complex
situation consisting of two component events (Comrie 1989: 165-166; 
Song 2001: 256-259)
It is used when one thing or person causes another thing or person to do
someething
One can cause somebody to do something for him/her by asking, paying,
requesting, or forcing the person.
