Learning outcomes 1. To define basic concepts related to communication skills and cultural awareness. 2. To develop knowledge, skills and competences of communicating across cultures. 3. To develop intercultural sensitivity and cultural intelligence. 4. To understand cross-cultural differences in communication. 5.
