which emphasizes technology and innovation, to adopt

training? Why?
In my perception it would easier for company like
verizon:
 It is reliable & ideal for employee
 Increase employee engagement& provide clarity
about product
 Facilitates ongoing training feedback
 It expand its internal social network for peer to peer
collaboration.
 It reduce the cost of training program.
Q2.what metrics should verizon use to show the
effectiveness of its internal YouTube site?
 Number of viewers
 How many Subscribers
 Audience retention
 Average view duration & average percentage view
 Content engagement
 Through like, share & comment
Q3.Should all training that verizon offer be available to
employees on as-needed basis? Explain your answer. Is
performance support the same as learning?

 Yes, all the training that verizon provide to employees on


as needed basis ,it provide video support and motivation
whenever employee require. Which help employee to
improve overall performance.
 Learning is basically meant to acquire new knowledge,
skill,& concept.
 Where as performance support has more into measured or
observed during or shortly after instruction.
