• In order to be successful in planning, organizing, leading, and controlling, managers must use a wide
variety of skills. A skill is the ability to do something effectively.

• Good management skills are essential for any organization to succeed and achieve its goals and
objectives, also to run smoothly and optimize the potential for profit and growth.

• Employers are more likely to hire employees with business management skills because they have a broad
knowledge of the various business disciplines, such as accounting, marketing, finance, administration,
human resource management…

• Finally, we can say that Business management skills, can be nearly anything that enables you to manage
others effectively, such as communication, problem-solving and decision-making, that will help you
become more successful in your career
