 Strength of Self- Advocacy
a) Being able to speak up for ourselves and able to make own
decision.

b) Developing conflict resolution and creative problem solving

skills.

c) Learn how to get the information to understand the process

-It helps gain more knowledge and be wise consumer.
d) Know our right and responsibility as a consumer.
- avoid ourselves to be cheated by the trader.

 Weakness of Self- Advocacy

a) Lack of knowledge about the procedure properly and tend to

be low confident in defending themselves.
- While defending their claim in court, they tend to talk
freely and make mistake.

b) Plaintiff make mistake in arguing the Claim.

-They did not have full information about laws and the
requirement in claiming procedure.
 Strength of Consumer Advocacy
a) Consumer advocacy help the problem can be deliver clearly
- Have high knowledge about consumer law

b) Improve customer satisfaction

- Improving the customer experience is key for success, and the final
result will be better brand associations, repeat business, and a
positive image of the company.

c) Customer advocacy and social media promotion will connect and

strengthen brand accounts, thereby driving more revenue and profitable
relationships with existing customers.
 Weakness of Consumer Advocacy
