 When did you write the letter?


 Who wrote that letter?
 Impersonal question: doesn’t have
subject. Doesn’t have auxiliar. Verb
changes.
Platform activities

 1. Read the breaking news article and identify the information that can help
you to create questions in past tense using what, where, who, why…

 Example: Who was arrested? What happened?

 Do a research in newspapers and tv programs about the most important


information about Colombia strike.

 Choose ONE article about the protest in Colombia and identify the most
important information: places, dates, time, people involved, past habits, causes
and results etc.

 Create a script when you show WH questions and answers about the
information you identify in the article.
Hand in the first Project 20%

 It must include:
 Students names and roles
 Link article you chose.
 Script: headline, dialogue with at least 10 wh- questions
and answers in past tense about the news (5 wh questions
and 5 yes/no questions)
