Summary of Sustainability Benefits

 Grow Consultant is aiming to develop a comprehensive sustainability policies


procedures for the organization .
 The company has to change its old operations to enhance the reduction in
energy usage, ensure more safe practices for environment as well employees.
 It will reduce the overhead cost in terms of energy bills(Hoolohan et al.,
2021).
 New policy will ensure that Grow Consultant aligns with sustainable practices.
 It will add to the competitive advantage and add credibility to leadership
training.
Sustainability Procedures

 Develop policy and procedure which will establish sustainability


practice.
 Company has to change its old lighting system and ensure its
expansion.
 The vehicles which are 5 years old needs to be replaced(Kojio, 2020).
 Company has to switched to eco-friendly cleaning service.
 It has to ensure that new catering service with disposable and eco-
friendly cutlery are supplied.
Rationale for development

 The new policies and procedures were essential to enhance the


operations of Grow Consultancy.
 The new policies were needed as the company did not have a
working environmentally sustainable practices which would
frame Grow Consultancy as eco-friendly workplace(Islam et al.,
2020).
 Besides, new competitive compliances much depends on how
the company practices sustainable operations.
 The leadership training can be brought under question by the
clients if they find lacking sustainable operations.
Outcome of the Policies and Procedures

 The new policies undertaken will bring in effective change in the


organization.
 It will include reduction in cost of energy.
 The amount of carbon footprint will be reduced through use of new and
modern vehicles with eco-friendly technology(Meer et al., 2018).
 The eco-friendly cleaning vendor will prevent use of harmful chemicals.
 It will contribute to health and well being of the people.
 Finding new vendors will introduce organic plates and glasses which are bio-
degradable.

Planned Sustainability roles and
responsibilities
 The management has to take charge of transforming the power
consumption, catering vendors and cleaning vendors to ensure eco-
friendly practices.
 The Consultants has to take initiative in preventing use of old cars
which adds to the greenhouse gases more(Yalina & Rozas, 2020).
 The employees and stakeholders has to be compliant with the
policies and procedure which will promote sustainable practice in the
organization.
 All the internal and external stakeholder collaboration is needed to
ensure that each individual is responsible in their action and comply
with the policies and procedures.
