PT. JGC Indonesia not to tolerate any form of Drugs and Alcohol abuse.

Line manager and supervisor are responsible for ensuring that this policy is
implemented and maintained.

2.3. Smoking Area, Gambling, Weapon

Using drugs, alcohols, carrying weapon, and smoking inside site office
and site area are strictly prohibited.

SMOKING allowed in designated area.

4. HSE PERFORMANCE / KPI AND SITE HSE PROGRAM

5. SUSPENTION, TERMINATION AND ZERO TOLERANCE

5.1. Suspention
If in the performance of the WORK, any unsafe practices or conditions or
acts contrary to the proper execution or safety of personnel and the
WORK, the JIND has the right to suspend the WORK.

5.2. Termination
JIND has the right to terminate all or any part of the WORK if there
are any failure to meet the requirements to the section 1654- Health,
Safety, Security and Environment.

5.3. Zero Tolerance


The actions below are never acceptable in JCF project :
 Working at height 1.8 m high and above without tie-off full body
harness
 Work without a valid work permit when required
 Entering a confined space without conducted gas test
 Taking alcohol or drugs
 Smoking in no smoking areas (it applicable for live plant / existing
areas)
 Fighting, gambling or theft
6. PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE) /ALAT PELINDUNG
DIRI
6.1. Mandatory / Basic PPE
 Hard hat compliant with EN397 / ANSI Z89.1-2003 (impact
protection) with chin strap.
 Safety glasses (EN166 1F AS, AF, ANSI Z87.1-1989).
 Ear Plugs
 Long sleeve shirt and pants or Coveralls with reflective straps.
 Leather hand gloves
 Safety Shoes (minimum ankle height) with steel toe-caps (ANSI
Z41-1991).
6.2. Additional job specific PPE requirement
 Safety Harnesses (with shock absorber lanyards and double hooks
for Scaffolder, and working at height more than 10 meters)
 Welders face shield
 Ear muffs
 Smoke hoods
 N95 face mask
 Cartridge type face mask (with fit test)
 Welding Aprons
 Etc refer to JSA / Risk Assesment or procedure
7. OPERATIONAL CONTROL

7.1. Occupational Health

All employees of the Contractor and subcontractors must be fit for their
functions as regards their state of health in compliance with the laws.

All employees not be allowed to mobilise to JCF PROJECT SITE and


the INSTALLATION SITE and commence any part of the WORK at JCF
PROJECT SITE and the INSTALLATION SITE until the JCF or JIND
authorized person has confirmed in writing by the completion and sign off
of the Medical Check-Up Acceptance Status as part of GO/NO GO Criteria
achieved.

7.2. Equipment And Tools Control

The EQUIPMENTS AND TOOLS shall not be allowed to mobilise to JCF


PROJECT SITE and the INSTALLATION SITE and commence any part of
the WORK at JCF PROJECT SITE and the INSTALLATION SITE until the
JCF or JIND authorised person has confirmed in writing by the completion
and sign off of the Facilities, Equipment and Tools Acceptance Status as
part of GO/NO GO Criteria achieved.
7.3 Environment

7.3.2 Hazardous Waste

The receipt, storage, distribution, use and disposal of hazardous


substances will be stored and handled in line with the local legal
requirements and HSE Requirements. Hazardous substances include
chemicals, flammable, explosive, toxic or corrosive substances.

7.3.3. Housekeeping

Subcontractor shall maintain and ensure a safe working environment is


maintained by keeping the WORKSITE neat and tidy, and free from all
potential Hazards and debris. Materials shall be stacked up safely. All
WORKSITES and accesses thereto shall be kept free from potential
Hazards and debris. Containers for debris and rubbish are to be provided
at the designated places.

Daily Housekeeping everyday after commencing the work

General Housekeeping Program Every Monday at 4:30 pm


7.3.4. Road Transport

All driver shall comply with JCF traffic safety rules and traffic local
regulation.

All drivers and passengers shall make following the 7 golden rules
for Safe Driving and Safe Riding as their top priority during all
journeys or trips.

All vehicles shall not be allowed to operated at JCF PROJECT SITE and
the INSTALLATION SITE areas until the JCF or JIND authorized
person has confirmed in writing by the completion and sign off of the
Facilities, Equipment and Tools Acceptance Status as part of
GO/NO GO Criteria achieved.
8. SITE ACCESS CONTROL

8.1. Construction Site Access Control

8.1.Personnel Access

All personnel entering or leaving JCF Construction operating area


shall pass through the JCF Security Gate and they shall need to
show their badges.

8.2.Visitor Access

Visitors who have business or are entering JCF construction site shall
left their government ID card (KTP) or others identity to
JCF/CONTRACTOR security on duty at entering gate. The daily
visitor badge will be issued by JCF/CONTRACTOR Security on duty
after having confirmed that the person to be visited is available for
the visit.
8. SITE ACCESS CONTROL

8.3.Vehicle Access

All vehicles entering and leaving the CONTRACTOR property gate


shall be slow down when approaching and leaving the gate. The
CONTRACTOR vehicle pass should be clearly visible to CONTRACTOR
Security Personnel on duty.

8.4.Material Access

All vehicle transportation materials to/from the job site are required
to have an approved Material/Equipment Entry and Removal
Authorization.
8.5. Site Working Hours

 Monday to Thursday : 07:00 – 17:00


(Lunch Time : 12:00 – 13:00)

 Friday : 07:00 – 17:00


(Lunch Time : 11:30 – 13:00)

 Saturday : 07:00 – 12:00
