ADAPTIVE INSTRUCTION MODEL

Adaptive instructional systems refer to any form


of instructional approach adopted to highlight
the accommodation of individual differences so
as to facilitate users’ knowledge acquisition.
Learners in an adaptive learning context are
provided with alternative procedures and
strategies for instruction.

1. Using their computer learners will search the definition of the
vocabulary words and send their answer and post their definitions on
the chat groups.
2. Learners will look at the different definitions and discuss with their
peers.
3. Students look through their online copies and read
about measuring tools and ingredients used in
baking. Learners will choose at least 3 ingredients
their going to discussed in their chat groups.

- a. Liquid measuring cup (graduated glass)

4. Students who finish early will move on to next activity
which is searching and watching video online about

ACTIVITY 2:

Given the following ingredients learners will make their


own short video presentation and demonstration on
how to measure dry and liquid ingredients.
Brown Sugar vanilla
Egg baking powder
Water Cake flour
Butter pineapple juice
5. Learners will email their video to their teacher.
Those who have finished early may have an advance
reading on the next lesson.
Adaptive Instruction Model was manifested in the activity by

providing the learners independent learning and practice in


having a return demonstration on how to measure dry and liquid
ingredients, that allow learners to experience and apply self-paced
learning.
