OUR MISSION
We, the inhabitants of earth, have reached that stage where we
need to redesign and reconsider our lifestyles for further survival
on this planet. If we want the generations to look forward to a
healthy and green earth, then we really have to change ourselves
at the earliest. So come let us all share and spread this beautiful
message around with our loved ones and make this network a
strong foundation for creating this green globe.
OBJECTIVE

The concern about increasing environmental problems is

universal. Forests are degrading, soils are eroding, wildlife is
retreating, rain is diminishing, rivers are shrinking, land and
water resources are degrading, pollution is increasingly
threatening climate change. The environment is becoming
less and less habitable. Natural disasters like tsunami,
cyclones, droughts and earthquakes are becoming more
frequent. And, on top of all, there is the population explosion.
Thus, sustainable development has become most relevant
today than ever.
BENEFITS OF TREE PLANTATION

 Trees Clean the air

 Trees are Effective Sound Barriers

 Trees Produce Oxygen

 Trees become dustbins for harmful gases

 Trees Shade and Cool

 Trees Act as Windbreaks

 Trees Fight Soil Erosion

 Trees decrease respiratory problems

DEFORESTATION

Deforestation is clearing Earth's forests on a massive scale, often

resulting in damage to the quality of the land. Forests still cover about
30 percent of the world’s land area.
The world’s rain forests could completely vanish
in a hundred years at the current rate of deforestation. Forests are cut
down for many reasons, but most of them are related to money or to
people’s need to provide for their families. The biggest driver of
deforestation is agriculture. Farmers cut forests to provide more room
for planting crops or grazing livestock. Often many small farmers will
each clear a few acres to feed their families by cutting down trees and
burning them in a process known as “slash and burn” agriculture.
