The data collection was carried out in May, by mixed means: face-to-face, by telephone or online, the degree of difficulty of the survey being a high one, with an
average rate of return of 4.8 and a rejection rate of 83%. A total of 500 complete questionnaires were completed, which corresponds to a statistical error margin
of +/- 4%, for a 95% confidence interval. In accordance to the requests, the questionnaires were completed at the company management level.
All the requested fields were covered. Several "response letters" mentioning various problems or solutions were received during the data collection. As they did
not fully cover the issues proposed in the questionnaire, the answers were not processed in the quantitative report, but they will be used in the qualitative
research.
