Adjustment-
Hino is not adjustable

Hino recommends to remove Hino sensor before taking off flywheel

So damage will not happen to Hino sensor
The EGR system :
Circulates a portion of the engine exhaust gas back into the
cylinders, where it is mixed with fresh intake air so that the oxygen concentration
of the air intake the combustion chamber will be reduced. This slows down the
combustion inside the cylinder and leads to lower combustion temperature and
reduced NOx emissions.
INTER COOLER

EGR VALVE EGR COOLER

EGR VALVE
Controlled the signal from ECU, a butterfly moves to open and
close to control the flux of exhaust gas volume.
Stepless control of the butterfly is
carried out by DC motor.

Air bleeding procedure
for engine with EGR cooler

• Fill up prescribed coolant.

• Bleeding the air at engine idling.
• Rev up to 1800rpm at least 3 to 5 times.
• Make sure bleeding air completely from
the engine.
• If you start the engine with air inside.
It might cause damage of the EGR
stainless pipe.
