INTRODUCTION 1/2
 Agriculture is a source of livelihood of many people
and has great impact on the economy of the country
 The efficient water management plays an
important role in the agricultural cropping systems.
3  The soil characteristics will define the form of the
water supply nature of a plant which receives
moisture.
 The main purpose of this project is to save time,
money and power of farmer

INTRODUCTION 2/2

 Increasing energy costs and decreasing water

supplies point out the need for better water
management.
 When the sensors are activated, all the sensors
4
will read and gives the output signal to the
controller

PROBLEM STATEMENT

 Previous systems, the control is very limited,

and many resources are still wasted
 Electrical power cost becoming higher due to
5
production using fuel.
 labor is becoming more and more expensive.
 climate effects the production of crop

PROPOSED SOLUTION

 Proper water supply with proper amount and at

the time of need.
 The system protects the plants from bitter
environment
6
 Automation provides a next level to any labor
system
 Water supply is controlled through the moisture
sensors and area cooling is done through the
cooling fan

Features 1/2

 Sensors are distributed for the crop area to

sense the moisture of humidity of the land
 Sensor is setup to sense the current
7 temperature under which the plants of rhte
land is surviving.
 Taking the measures and compare with the set
limit for the actuators to start performing the
control of water supply

Features 2/2
 Android app is introduced in system so that
it can be helpful for farmer
 Cooling fan use to reduce temperature and
8 light to increase temperature
 The controller displays the values over the
screen for the user to read

METHODOLOGY
 The whole system is divided into chunks to
understand at first then the setup is built for
complete one final circuit.
 The system covers the interfaces of temperature
9 sensor moisture sensor Bluetooth device
communication
 LCD display section and pumps control and fan
control also interface with others
 All interfaces basically developing a one unit
control head for the irrigation system
