There are many alternative method for

manufacturing a product. Some process of
selecting the best alternative is known as
methods of analysis.
INVENTORY CONTROL

The next important function to be carried by a

production manager to exercise proper control
over the inventory. This also helps in
minimizing wastages of materials.
PLAN LAYOUT

Plan layout is similarly concerned with

the internal set up of an enterprise in a
proper manner. It is effective utilization
of available resources at minimum
operating costs.
WORK MEASUREMENT

Work measurement method are concerned with

measuring the level of performance of work by a
worker. Time and motion performance must be
improved through positive or negative incentives.
