Must worn by every employee required to PASS or WORK WITHIN AREAS WHERE THERE IS DANGER 3. Must wear suitable clothes/ suits according to conditions/ nature of sites 4. E.g. waterproof boots, coat or hat for wet conditions BOWEC (Safety) (FMA regulation 1986) Storage of Materials and Equipment (Sect 21) 1. Building materials should not obstruct any passageway or place of work 2. Should be stored, stacked in a safe and orderly manner and stability 3. Any person involved in handling sharp, abrasive objects, corrosive substances, hot metals or toxic substances should be provided with suitable gloves 2. Injured person must received first aid treatment and further medical attention 2. As per sect 25 (1) (c) of Act 139, first aid box/ cupboard must be: 1. Equip in accordance with the 4th schedule 2. Clearly mark red crescent/ cross on white background 3. Kept lock and kept by a responsible person during working hours 4. As in section 24 of Act 139 regarding personal protective clothing and appliances 2. Good fit, no loose flap or strings, loose aprons, torn or ragged garments and neckties 3.
