Carry out consultancies to the different entities of the city, providing special support in terms of
improving the job satisfaction of workers and, in the same way, obtaining the best performance
and satisfaction of the company, as the main characteristic of establishing promotion and
advisory activities aiming to improve the working conditions and health of workers.

The company was created three years ago to carry out consultancies to the different entities of the
city, providing special support in terms of improving job satisfaction, the ideas started from the
need to program, execute and control compliance with the occupational health program and
according to a common agreement between two psychologists who want to generate a different
understanding of group dynamics.
