THE PROBLEM
A mobile product experience could make it safe to find the ideal roommate in Chennai. Define the experience
from the perspective of a person who is looking for a roommate as well as the one who is looking for the
apartment. After finding the ideal roommate, what else can this product do to make the roommate experience
better? How can you expand to other cities?

Problem – To the safely find the ideal roommate and the ideal apartment

Safely – The platform to provide confidence that the roommate, apartment and the landlord are safe to deal
with.

Ideal – Ensure compatibility with the roommate, apartment and the landlord

Shikha – Age 25 from Lucknow, first time out of hometown to join a company, doesn’t understand Tamil
Goals –
 Find a good apartment with security and nearby shops
 With a female roommate of her age and lifestyle
 Prefers Non smokers and someone who does not disturb her studying
 Furnitures and appliances on rent
