ABSTRACT

• This project presents an adaptive neural network controller for

speed control BLDC motor. Neural network control has
become popular in designing control application because of
their adaptability to complex systems and fast response.
BLDC motor have wide variety of applications and some
advantages compared to other type of motors, however due to
BLDC motor drive characteristics it is difficult to handle by
using conventional controllers. The BLDC motor exhibits non
linear characteristic and in order to overcome this problem
adaptive neural network is used and efficient speed control can
be achieved The adaptive neural network for speed control of
BLDC is simulated using MATLAB/SIMULINK.
Objective

• Design of Neural Network control for speed

control of BLDC motor in matlab
• Simulation and analysis of proposed method.
• Hardware prototype.
• Obtaining the desired output result.
