A380
• The Airbus A380 is a wide-body aircraft manufactured
by Airbus. It is the world's largest passenger airliner.
Airbus studies started in 1988 and the project was
announced in 1990 to challenge the dominance of the
Boeing 747 in the long haul market. The then-
designated A3XX project was presented in 1994;
Airbus launched the €9.5 billion ($10.7 billion) A380
programme on 19 December 2000. The first prototype
was unveiled in Toulouse on 18 January 2005, with its
first flight on 27 April 2005.
A380
• CLASSIFICATION
• According to the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), the Airbus A380 is classified as a Code F
aircraft due to its massive wingspan and outer main landing gear.Jun 14, 2020

• CONFIGURATION
• Top speed: 1,185 km/h
• Wingspan: 80 m
• Length: 73 m
• Unit cost: US$445.6 million (2018)
• Number of seats: 853
• Engine types: Engine Alliance GP7000, Rolls-Royce Trent 900
P-51 MUSTANG
• The North American Aviation P-51 Mustang is an
American long-range, single-seat fighter ,single
engine airplane and fighter-bomber used during
World War II and the Korean War, among other
conflicts. The Mustang was designed in April 1940 by
a design team headed by James Kindelberger[6] of
North American Aviation (NAA) in response to a
requirement of the British Purchasing Commission.
The Purchasing Commission approached North
American Aviation to build Curtiss P-40 fighters
under license for the Royal Air Force (RAF)
P-51 MUSTANG
• CONFIGURATION
• The Mustang was designed to use the Allison V-1710 engine, which
had limited high-altitude performance in its earlier variants. The
aircraft was first flown operationally by the Royal Air Force (RAF) as
a tactical-reconnaissance aircraft and fighter-bomber (Mustang Mk
I).
• Mustang was a bomber so they carried two bomb at a time
• Top speed: 703 km/h
• Length: 9.83 m
• Engine type: Packard V-1650 Merlin
• Number built: More than 15,000
• Developed into: North American F-82 Twin Mustang;
Piper PA-48 Enforcer
• Unit cost: 50,985–50,985 USD (1945)
GLIDER
• A glider or sailplane is a type of glider aircraft used in
the leisure activity and sport of gliding (also called
soaring).[1][2] This unpowered aircraft can use naturally
occurring currents of rising air in the atmosphere to gain
altitude. Sailplanes are aerodynamically streamlined
and so can fly a significant distance forward for a small
decrease in altitude.
• CONFIGURATION
• Glider(sailplane) is a single seat plane. It is a unpowered
plane so there is no engine.Even Sailplane glider have a
huge wing span almost 13m.
ANTONOV AN-225 (mriya)
• The Antonov An-225 Mriya is a strategic airlift cargo aircraft that
was designed by the Antonov Design Bureau in the Ukrainian SSR
within the Soviet Union during the 1980s. It is powered by six
turbofan engines and is the heaviest aircraft ever built, with a
maximum takeoff weight of 640 tonnes.
• CONFIGURATION
• Weight: 285,000 kg
• Wingspan: 88 m
• Length: 84 m
• Top speed: 850 km/h
• Unit cost: 200,000,000–250,000,000 USD (2013)
