networks in 80 countries and employs around 308,745 people. It is
the world's largest information technology company, consumer electronics.

1.To know the behavior of the customer towards the Samsung television.

2.To know the preference of the customer towards the Samsung

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
Data Collection
1.Primary Data: The Data was collected from the respondents through
the questionnaire.
2.Secondary Data: The Data was collected from the websites, as per the
requirements.

SAMPLE METHOD
1.In a statistical study, sampling methods refer to how we select members
from the population to be in the study.
2.If a sample is not randomly selected, it will probably be biased in some
way and the data may not be representative of the population.
FINDING
1.Among survey most of the respondents came to know about
Samsung television through television.
2.Most of the consumer have economical image toward Samsung
television.
3.Most of the respondents choose Samsung television due to quality
of display.
4.The features most important for purchasing Samsung television are
picture quality, brand, look and appearances.
Respondents thinks that the Samsung has good advertisement.
5.According to my survey the most effective medium for Samsung
television is advertisement.
6.Most of the respondents choose Samsung has good quality.
7.Most of the respondents recommend Samsung television to your
family, relative and friends.
CONCLUSION
1.Conclusion of my survey is mostly people prefer to buy Samsung
brand television due to feature, so feature is very important to
maintain the goodwill of the Samsung company.
2.Result of my survey is 60% Respondent says that quality is most
effective medium to purchase this particular brand.
3.According to my survey the image of Samsung television in the
mind of the Respondent is economical good as compare to another
brands.
4.In modern era 34% of the people learn about the brand through
the internet as compare to other .
LIMITATION
1.Respondents faced difficulty in understanding some
questions
The sample size was taken only 50 it is difficult to say anything
concretely.
2.The result may be different of this study in another place.
3.Absence of professional researcher and team was another
limitation of the study.
4.It is not bring possible to conduct any survey 100% correctly
for an in experienced person.
