Project Modules
1. The framework incorporates 2 giant modules with their
sub-modules as follows:
 Administrator Login: Admin login to the framework
utilizing his administrator ID.
 Add item: Admin will upload object to the framework.
 Delete Review: Admin will evacuate the survey which
observed by means of the framework.
2. Client Login:
 User will login to the framework making use of his
User ID and mystery phrase.
 View object: User will see object.
 Post Review: User can submit audit approximately the

Methodology of Implementation
System Architecture
FLOW CHAT
 The flowchart given above gives us an overview of how the system will
work and how the each and every module of the process will function. The
flow chart is given as follows
 The following are the steps in the followed to implement in the given
process
1. Admin will add products to the system.
2. The preprocessing of data takes place so that useless content is filtered
out before the analysis process.
3. The reviews containing explicit content and with swear words are not
taken into consideration and are removed from the dataset
4. Sentiment score for each word is calculated when words are extracted
into a form of dictionary or so called ‘Bag of Words(BOW)’

5. The reviews are normalized on a scale of -1 to +1 and sentiment score


of that review is calculated. If they cross 0.5 means they are spam.

6. Analysis of product after spam removal is done on the basis of their


respective features..

7. The popularity of particular review is also taken into consideration, if


the users like that review means it is contributing towards the product.

8. All the modules are implemented and the final result is interpreted on
the admin side and required action is taken on analyzed reviews.
Methodology to accomplish objectives
the following methodology will be followed

• Research and Survey: In this one review’s the most recent researches minutely

related in the theory problem statement and the question. Once we analyze the

thesis, the existing procedures in spam detection for non-Arabic opinion reviews,

identifying the drawbacks or the flaws in the existing approaches, we prepare the

strategies and solutions on how to proceed or extend in order to be overcome in

our research.

• Data Acquisition: In this step, we prepare an in-house data set of spam reviews and

reviewers using human collected from online e-commerce websites or application

like Amazon, Flipkart with different characteristics and sizes. The records are

chosen randomly from any of the records that are available on the website.
 Data Integration: In this step, we combine the data from multiple
review source data sets into a coherent form.
 Spam Identification Labelling: In this step, we look for various
types of the spam in the data integrated set, and labelled each
record as spam and non-spam manually.
 Pre-processing: In this step, we use various types of pre-processing
techniques to handle the missing, noisy and inconsistent data.
There are a number of pre-processing techniques such as case
folding dam character erase, tokenization, slang word handling,
stop word removal, stemming and number handling.
 Processing Stage: In this step, we will first have to implement the

following steps:

1. Data mining classification.

2. Text mining classification.

3. Data-Text mining classification. Now we apply each preceding

step by more than one classification method.


 Evaluate the Approach: In this step, analysation of the outcome and

rationalize the feasibility of the approach we followed by comparing

it with other previous approaches.


 The Public Opinion Survey conducted consisted of several
questions relating to the purpose about analysing the
importance of product review for various customers while
buying any product. The participants in the survey are mostly
the frequent online buyers. The survey is designed as such to
know the public opinion about referring to the product review
while buying it. The result of the survey was as expected and
was in favour of the arguments proposed earlier
