■ Government Process Re- Engineering - Fine tuning some of the process required to run an integrated checkpost like integrateion between deprt., making one common formate etc.
■ Development of software for the ICP. Testing and Implementing it in
thedept and the checkpost.
Phase II -Roll Out.
