A. 2019 Performance-Based
Bonus
❖ SARO and NCA for the payment of PBB 2019 of teaching personnel were already released by
DBM
❖ Payroll was already prepared and submitted to Budget Section for obligation
❖ Separate payroll was prepared for inactive personnel as of June 18, 2021 but are entitled to receive
PBB 2019.
❖ Release of PBB 2019 of inactive employees was pending upon verification of their bank account
status.
B. FY 2021 CASH ALLOWANCE
❖ Processing and payment of FY 2021 Cash allowance to teachers amounting to 5,000.00 is now
allowed per Memorandum OUF-2021-0412 dated June 15, 2021
❖ The allowance is intended to purchase supplies and material, internet and communication expenses
and annual medical examination expenses.
❖ Please refer to DBM-DepEd Joint Circular No. 2 s. 2021 for the details
❖ Processing of the allowance will be made once the payroll will be released by the Regional Payroll
Service Unit
C. Bayanihan 2 in Basic
Education
❖ Cash advance for the payment of allowance to qualified beneficiaries was granted to the
Division Cashier.
