Warehouse workers are responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving


and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing
and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock and other.
Job responsibilities of Warehouse Worker

•Preparing and completing warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule

There are many factors that can affect the time it takes for employees to complete certain tasks in the
warehouse. Warehouse managers can take advantage of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to calculate
the amount of time an operation takes to perform.

Delivery Drivers

Delivery Drivers collect items and transport them to their destinations. Delivery


drivers convey a variety of items, ranging from food to furniture, and may deliver to other
businesses or to the public.
Responsibilities of Delivery Drivers

•Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.

•Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct,
and the customer is satisfied.

•Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.

•Accepting payments for delivered items.

•Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries.

•Operating equipment and machines, such as cars, trucks, forklifts, etc.


Performance Evaluation System-PES

They will be one who will be in charge of delivering the goods. So, we can use 360 degree feedback, in which the
delivery driver can get feedback from management, friends, self and customer as well and performance is
evaluated based on the targets and no of deliveries done and time duration.

This method consists of 5 components like:

Self appraisals- This component states that an employee should look his/her past performance and improve
accordingly.

friends appraisals- This component states that how your friends think about your work, on the basis they
rate.

Customer appraisal-This is the main component where the customer appraisal is the most satisfaction
feedback.

Supervisor appraisal-This is one of the most common parts of any performance appraisal system the
performance, responsibilities, and attitude of an employee being assessed by their targets.

Post appraisal feedback-This component states additional guidance to help employees meet their goals and
improve in their work,
